The area is very run-down. Lots of groups gathered on corners. Dilapidated buildings.

Very modern hotel, nice bedrooms, comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended

Basic, comfortable and clean inside
The room was very small, twin room but not much space to separate the beds. The area outside was fairly dirty, a dead rat lay on the footpath for days.

The cold water and sparkling water fountains in the lobby
Were amazing during this hot weather in Paris .
Daytime staff were friendly professional and wonderful, especially the man who checked me in.
Room was small.
the bathroom tiny compared the other Ibis in Montmartre. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom

Clean, affordable and the staff were amazing! Lovely receptionist and the cleaning lady was so sweet and helpful.
Very small area to eat breakfast, had to eat at the bar/entrance of the reception. 9am is the worst time.

Very friendly staff! Good breakfast. The room was a little small but clean; worked for me. During those hot August days it's good there's an AC in the room. Had to run it on full power for quite a while. It's quite a distance to the main sights of Paris, but metro stations are just a few walking minutes away. There's also a few supermarchs close and a few bars and restaurants. The train station (gare de l'est) is very close. I was travelling with my bicycle and asked during the booking process if there's a secure place for my bike. And yes, they let me put my bike in the locked backyard. Thank you for that! :-) There's also a storage room for your luggage if you have to kill some time after ckecking out. Like all big cities, Paris isn't cheap, but this hotel has a really good value for money.

The location was great. Central, 5 minute walk from a metro. About 30 mins on metro to Eiffel Tower but that was fine as we wanted somewhere with a luggage room and to be near Gare Du Nord so our luggage was close by to pick up on our way to the station at 6pm that day.
There was a few small strange marks on the wall in the bathroom that looked suspiciously like poo splatter but that is the only fault I could find. The room was very clean so think it had just been missed.
