Staff were very helpful. Decent breakfast on offer. Short walk to the metro.
The room was very small, with little space for luggage. There was no kettle/tea/coffee in room or water.

Very close to the subway and mall, also direct line to the Paris Gare du Nord, this hotel it's a great choice if you want comfort at a good price
The cleaning part could be improved also the comunication with the stuff sometimes it's not very smooth. You have nothing in the room to be able to have a tea or a coffee, for the coffee there it's a machine at the reception (not free) and for water also at the reception a dispenser. Overall it's a good place if you don't have great expectations.

The check'in was easy to do. The staff was really helpful, we ask for a room change and they did that for us. Breakfast was decent, I like that you can boil your eggs yourself.
The room was really small, almost claustrophobic. There was no place to leave the clothes and even to open my luggage. Very dusty room. There was also mold in the room, above the window.

Clean room, nice and polite staff, the location was excellent, very clean and safe neighborhood, very close to metro station,
We got only 1 towel for 2 persons, so make sure to ask for more, bathroom was fine but lacked hand soap.

Breakfast was delicious, I'm used to a very simple Ibis Breakfast but this one surprised me with warm and fresh bread and croissants.
It was quite warm in the bedroom even though outside was cold. The air-conditioning wasn't working
