The security was excellent. Staff were always present at the entrance, driveway, and luggage service, which made me feel very safe. As a first-time visitor to France on a solo business trip, I had experienced an attempted suitcase theft in front of another hotel and felt very anxious, but after moving to this hotel, I was finally able to relax. I was also kindly upgraded free of charge to a king room on the 27th floor for all three nights, with a wonderful view of Montmartre. I truly appreciate the thoughtful care and the lovely gift from the front desk staff.
