1. One of the staff in reception during check in was very tough and she has ego.
2. The bed is king size but with two mattresses which is not comfortable at all.

The location was perfect. A five minute walk to the metro and very lovely restaurants. The rooms were very clean. The staff is super accommodating and welcoming.
The pastries and fruit were wonderful. While the selections at the buffet breakfast were plentiful, the hot food was not very tasty.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is prime, the breakfast was great, the view of the city & Eiffel Tower was amazing! It was a one week stay well spent. The staff at the restaurant during breakfast were really friendly.
The room size.
I also had an issue with the front desk person and front desk manager which was reported. However, the management intervened and it was resolved. The other staff were really warm.

The hours of the Regency club can be open a little longer to get drinks. Also hotel guests do not get priority to get in when going to the Sky Bar.

I was assaulted outside the property by a taxi driver and none of the staff helped me , did not let me talk to a manager and did not let me back on the property, when I told them don't let the taxi driver leave , and to call the police , they let him leave and didn't call the police for me The staff didn't care at all that I was attacked by the taxi driver nor did they call the police
