Everything was great!
The rooms are on the smaller side, but very modern and clean.
Between the hours of 530 and 7:30 PM it was very hard to get an elevator. One of the evenings we waited close to 20 minutes to get down from the eighth floor. The elevators did show up, but they were always so full that noadditional for people could enter.

The hotel as a whole was very well-kept, rooms clean and modern.

The check in/ out system is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. For a hotel with almost 1000 rooms to have 2 people at reception at 3pm when the “official check in”‘starts is simply unacceptable. On top of that, staff shift change is at 3pm which adds even longer wait time. Staff continues to have to apologize for the delay as the waiting line snakes out. Simply put, very nice hotel facilities, bad management.

Location and friendly staff except the guy in the open hall. We had to wait for an hour after checking out and got some “looks” from them although we had our bags with us and he saw us checking out.
Requested Eiffel Tower view and was expecting a direct view but had to make an effort to look out of the window. Nothing big.

The Hyatt Paris is a beautiful hotel but what makes it really amazing is the staff. They are so helpful, sweet, and answer every question. The neighborhood that the hotel is located in is nice, restaurants, a pharmacy, a small store, are just across the street. There is a good breakfast restaurant, I'm not sure about lunch or dinner since we didn't eat there, we ate at restaurants around the hotel. They have a small coffee shop with croissants and fresh Starbucks coffee, wonderful for first thing in the morning. It was about a 30-minute Uber ride to Note Dame cathedral,, so not bad. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel, the room, the location.

It was excellent, reception lady was great, room was clean and quiet, bed and pillows comfortable, shower wash smells nice, 2 water bottles every day + reception offered more water bottles. I
Didn't try breackfast.
Location wasn't best for me, Although all transportation options available, restaurants and cafes around but i would like to stay close to Eiffel Tower.
