The hotel staff is extremely polite, friendly and kind. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
Pictures of the room advertised on Booking are only from a renovated room on the ground floor oWe were given an outdated room on the first floor, which was not the renovated room that was advertised. Breakfast is just average and a bit pricey for what you get Cleanliness in the room is terrible oDust was everywhere (on the floor, on the table, in the closet on the shelves on the safe, on the hair dryer,..) oHairs and pubic hairs on the bathroom wall (they were there the whole week and I also have pictures to prove it) oI also found clipped fingernails on the floor upon arrival

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite.
The location is great, very near to the two metro stations. The bed was really comfortable, like sleeping on the clouds :) and it was super quiet, which is really important to me. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone!
The table and chairs in the room could be a bit cleaner.

Nice room , bath a bit small, lovely staff everyone was super helpfull. the little garden and lovely people and nice simply breakfast
just one night gardian was not that happy to help on the second night

A very charming oasis in the middle of Paris. An ideal place to enjoy this part of Paris that is truly lived by the locals with lots of interesting history.
Couldnt make tea in the room, but thats my only remark.

It was a quiet place and the size of the room was very good. The toilet was separated from the shower and I must say that I loved that. They have a restaurant next door and it was delicious! They offer complementary tea and coffee <3
Most of the staff were not fluent in english and it was a little hard to communicate. Also, the internet was fast but unstable, I tried to communicate this to the staff but they didn't understand what I was saying.

From the internet the hotel seems very cosy & quaint. The hotel is quaint - but a little tired. The rooms were very small - but OK for one night. The breakfast was OK - typically Parisian. The hotel is located in a very quiet area but easy walking distance to the metro. The added bonus was that the hotel had its own parking.

Room Was Too Small Small Bed and Small Washroom . No Lift in The Building . Totally Not satisfied with the environment , No welcome and they Charge us 53 Euro For parking , Which ia mostly included .
