Susana, on reception, was a treasure, so helpful. Charming and friendly.
The hotel is very close to the station St Lazarre which is very convenient for those travelling on to Normandy etc.

Off the beaten path. Near the train station. Also near the shops to say. Good for those that like to walk and explore.
The property is amazing. The rooms are on the smaller side. Perfect if you’re not traveling with a lot of baggage or need a whole lot of space.

Even though the room was small, everything was clean, staff kind and helpful and breakfast really good. And the location was perfect - a short walk to Saint lazare station that has metros going all over. And only 10 minute walk to where the bus takes you to Charles de Gaulle airport.
IF I had to complain about something, the elevator was sooo slow and the bathroom had a hint of an mold odor. But nothing much.

She always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. No matter what questions or issues we had, she handled them quickly and patiently.
