Excellent location, close to Gare Saint Lazare. Lovely hotel, the suite is fantastic with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Very relaxing and quiet, great choice for breakfast and the added bonus of leaving luggage before check in and after check out. Lovely, friendly staff, all made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It's the second time we have stayed and would definitely stay again

Service and cleanliness were perfect, room was quiet despite the proximity to St Lazare, and even the window could be opened for some fresh air. Breakfast was good with-home feeling quality
As usual in downtown Paris, the room was tiny, and the sausage-type-pillows were not to my liking

Very good location. Within walking distance to many attractions and sites of interest but at the same time on a quiet street. 10-15min walk to Opera Garnier. 15-20mins to Place de la Concorde and Champs Elysees. We walked everywhere and only used the metro to reach the left bank or to get to Gare l’est.

Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
Convenient walk in shower with strong water pressure.
Good air conditioning/heating system quickly warming or cooling the room as required.
Great service from staff.
We booked two prestige rooms and one of them indeed was bigger than standard room and had the double bed as advertised. The other room frankly didn’t live up to expectations and was quite small and had two twin mattresses pushed together. Wasn’t worth paying for prestige in this case.
Having a hair conditioner in the shower would be a nice add on.

Very nice staff, good location. The rooms are small, but perfectly organized to make the most of it. Great bathrooms. Can be made very dark, which is perfect.
The rooms are indeed very very tiny. But it’s Paris isn’t it …

What a fantastic boutique hotel close to the main train station! The staff at reception were exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated being able to adjust the room temperature myself, and the housekeeping was warm and thorough—everything was spotless. I highly recommend this place! I even received a complimentary upgrade with a balcony, which I loved. I will definitely be back and want to send my regards to the wonderful gentlemen at reception—you are truly amazing!

Great location and I loved the balcony with table and chairs. I liked the generous coffee and tea offers in the room.

This was our second stay at Le 12 Hotel and we would absolutely stay there again. It is near the train station and Metro for easy transit and walking distance to a number of sites. The staff recognized us as return visitors and gave us a few perks which were greatly appreciated! The buffet breakfast is excellent and very extensive with both hot and cold options. Coffee in the room and the buffet were great as well. There are numerous good restaurants in this area with authentic French cuisine (you may be the only tourists there!).

Everything was Perfect!!! Not only the venue but also de comfort in the room. And I cannot avoid mentioning Suzana. She is a perfect hostess, always so kind and helpful. Will certainly come back in next visits to Paris.
