I like the room which was nice and comfortable, great little balcony, good shower and polite people.

Thank you to the hotel for the gift for my wife on her birthday, we really appreciated it. The staff is friendly and always ready to help
The bathroom floor was very cold, and the room was generally a bit chilly, but this could be easily adjusted with the temperature control

The staff is very good and helpful. Always met us with a smile. Location is good, most of the time we did not use the bus or metro, to tourist destinations 15-50 minutes on foot (depends on destination). The cleaning service is not bad, but it can be better.
We did not like the room size, it is small, also the room was a bit old, definitely needs to be renovated, simply with painting windows, walls, etc.
