The location is good, and the staff is very warm.
The room is too small. As soon as the suitcase is flat, there is no place to set foot. The hygiene is mediocre. There are a few hairs on the bed.

It was an amazing experience, me and my girlfriend loved the room and the place, the room was clean, with everything we needed for our stay, the balcony was also so good, very comfortable room, we even had a good surprise for me and my girlfriend when we got there, we will definitely go back there again!! The receptionist, Susana, she helped us with everything we needed it, we really loved the hotel and the service by the receptionist.

Room was very clean and cozy. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, coffee and tea - all was provided. Nice balcony! Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location was amazing and value for money was good too! The bathroom shower leaked in one of the rooms we had.
The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the main station os saint lazar where we could take the metro to all the major sites. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by!
Sussane at the desk was a delight and really made the whole stay lovely for us. She was cheerful and very helpful!
The breakfast couldve had a larger variety of proteins ie different kinds of eggs and cold meats (they only had pork which was limiting as we do not eat pork!)

Excellent location, close to Gare Saint Lazare. Lovely hotel, the suite is fantastic with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Very relaxing and quiet, great choice for breakfast and the added bonus of leaving luggage before check in and after check out. Lovely, friendly staff, all made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It's the second time we have stayed and would definitely stay again

Service and cleanliness were perfect, room was quiet despite the proximity to St Lazare, and even the window could be opened for some fresh air. Breakfast was good with-home feeling quality
As usual in downtown Paris, the room was tiny, and the sausage-type-pillows were not to my liking

Very good location. Within walking distance to many attractions and sites of interest but at the same time on a quiet street. 10-15min walk to Opera Garnier. 15-20mins to Place de la Concorde and Champs Elysees. We walked everywhere and only used the metro to reach the left bank or to get to Gare l’est.

Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
Convenient walk in shower with strong water pressure.
Good air conditioning/heating system quickly warming or cooling the room as required.
Great service from staff.
We booked two prestige rooms and one of them indeed was bigger than standard room and had the double bed as advertised. The other room frankly didn’t live up to expectations and was quite small and had two twin mattresses pushed together. Wasn’t worth paying for prestige in this case.
Having a hair conditioner in the shower would be a nice add on.

Very nice staff, good location. The rooms are small, but perfectly organized to make the most of it. Great bathrooms. Can be made very dark, which is perfect.

What a fantastic boutique hotel close to the main train station! The staff at reception were exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated being able to adjust the room temperature myself, and the housekeeping was warm and thorough—everything was spotless. I highly recommend this place! I even received a complimentary upgrade with a balcony, which I loved. I will definitely be back and want to send my regards to the wonderful gentlemen at reception—you are truly amazing!
