Beautiful hotel located just steps away from champs Elysse shopping district. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our family had a comfortable stay. Provided us with free milk for the children upon asking and chargers I needed that were forgotten at home. We stayed with our family comfortably in the executive double suite which was cleaned to perfection, but had the hint of Parisian decor to the room.

Great location. The hotel rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.
The breakfast was not tasty. Even the omelette was impossible to eat. We went to look for another place for breakfast. I think the hotel should think about it.

Stylish quirky comfortable massive attention to detail for the traveller. The staff went over board in every way to make our stay in Paris amazing. Breakfast to the room, lovely gowns, fabulous toiletries. Booking restaurants in advance giving me a choice of room plus chocolate with a personal note wishing me a happy birthday
Lack of sockets to plug in near bedside. Orange juice wasn’t freshly squeezed. This is being really picky but honestly cannot fault this hotel

Very poor- only one member of the staff in order to serve all the guests.
The bathroom was very dirty- hairs from the previous guest all over the place.
