The hotel was lovely. We had the 5th floor (jr. suite ) to ourselves. It did have a small elevator which many places do not. We could see the Eiffel tower from one of our windows which was fun at night when it had a light display. It was Close to the 80 bus which could get you downtown for about 2E. Also about an 8 min walk to metro 10. Also walkable to several restaurants. There was a clean laundramat just down the road/walk which was very helpful. Front desk staff friendly —spoke English— and helped with directions and suggestions I always felt very safe walking around this neighborhood
The sidewalks were a little torn up and could be gravelly. The breakfast downstairs was a little overpriced for what was offered. Our bath/ shower was not engineered well— it was beautiful but the sides were at my thigh level— hard to climb in and out. The knobs were hard to figure out. And when you showered the water accumulated on the sides and eventually ran onto the floor—even with towels on the sides trying to catch the water

We booked a family room and had two adjoining rooms with more than enough space with two bathrooms. Very comfortable. The terrace is wonderful with a view of the top of the Eiffel tower.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us check in early after a red-eye flight from America.

Wonderful
The staff and property were fantastic. Everyone was hospitable and went beyond the call of duty to make my infant and I comfortable during our short stay. Our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Disappointing
We were very much looking forward to our stay at the Wallace Hotel; however, our experience was disappointing. The bathroom sink and shower drained extremely slowly, which is unacceptable for a hotel—especially considering we paid $1,600 CAD for four nights. Additionally, the morning construction noise was very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax.
One evening, after returning to the hotel, we requested extra toilet paper from the front desk. The gentleman assured us it would be brought up within 10 minutes, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through further added to our frustration.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Wallace Hotel, nor would I recommend it to others.

Had A/C on the hottest week of the year yet.
Loved being greeted by fruit-infused ice cold water and homemade baked bread. Conveniently located next to a couple of Metro entrances and some decent shopping and restaurants. Loved the smell of their hotel hand soap and shower gel. Replaced our complimentary bottled water daily and the room was very clean. Was able to book two adjoining rooms for my family of four on short notice!
The room was a little dark with such a large awning outside the window we couldn’t adjust ourselves. I didn’t mind this—but the decor didn’t transport me to a Parisian getaway. More modern bohemian than classic & quaint. Sheets and towels not as luxurious as I would have preferred though adequate.

Price was reasonable and location close to Metro
Booked a twin room and confirmed by hotel. Upon arrival told it wasn't available. Parking, or lack thereof is a huge issue in Paris so I got busy trying to find a new location as the hotel had no other options for me. As I was researching another hotel, they came and said we do have a room for you. Come to find out it was a handicap room, which I'm not a fan of and don't think most people are. At least have the courtesy of telling me that that's the type of room you're offering me prior to me opening the door and being disappointed. At that point I was too fatigued to do anything else about it, so just basic hotel hosting training is due for some of these agents.
The rooms are quite small at least this handicapped room was.
Also, there is a lot of construction going on right in front of the hotel with road work. Not exactly a great vibe and really noisy. Did not bother sleeping but you feel like you're in an industrial area.

It's a good hotel for the short term stay. I stayed there due to business reasons. It was close to the Expo centre. For the vacation i would stay closer to the city centre. Room is small but its normal for Paris. Staff is friendly and helpful. Value the cost
Small room, no view. But it was expected for this money

I liked the photos online of the property and the free umbrellas provided in the lobby for rainy days.
Before we arrived we asked to extend our stay for two nights in the same room and I was appalled to learn that the extra Monday & Tuesday nights in the same room would cost us double. Over our five night stay we had our room minimally cleaned once with no fresh towels or linens or teabags and the hotel is not fully booked. Ennui seems to rule here.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always lovely and the hotel was clean, tidy and quiet but still near to metro stations and easy to get around the city.

During check-out they demanded that I pay additional fees, calling it a tax for staying in Paris. They took money for 2 people, but I lived alone. And when I asked for a receipt for payment, they said they would send it to my email, but I never received anything. I wrote to the hotel about this, but I didn't receive a response.
