Best: clean, front desk friendly.
Worst: the fitness center was not a fitness center so misleading to call it that! Location was at end of short alley. Deliveries occur early morning and were very loud that awoke us (and noise echoed loudly due to hotel alley location).

The hotel was perfectly situated for local attractions such as Eiffel Tower, Musee D'Orsay, Rodin Museum etc and had lots of authentic good quality restaurants close by. The check in was easy and quick and the staff spoke English (and many other languages

Fantastic hotel. Located in a very nice safe district in Paris we loved everything about this hotel. Marie, Louise, Grace & Enzo are assets and always willing to help. Any negative reviews posted ignore, if you want a hotel with restaurants & all the other bells & whistles then this may not be for you however, if you want boutique hotel, great staff, view of the Eiffel Tower from your room a very pleasant to restaurants, rue de commerce, Eiffel Tower and a wonderful Saturday market on your doorstep, this is definitely the place for you. Thank you Hotel Villa Saxe for the junior suite upgrade. My wife & I will return with our friends so they can also enjoy your gem of a hotel.

The staff were great, very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of different options, we were pleasantly surprised. There was a lounge with tables and couches and a coffee machine and drinks. The coffee is free but drinks you had to pay for using an honor system. The lounge was nice to have in the evenings to relax and get away from the cramped room.
The entire hotel is carpeted which makes it look very old. They need to remove the carpet. The rest of the room was okay but the carpet just makes it look bad. The location is not great as far as being close to sights and metro stations. Its in a very quiet neighborhood so if you like peace and quiet then its excellent in that sense. It was about a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower but we visited end of October so that 25 minute walk was difficult due to the cold. Also metro stations were at least 8 minute walk some more which again with the cold, wind and little kids with strollers it was difficult. We usually walked about 5 minutes to a taxi stand nearby and took a taxi.

Let me start with a massive WOW . This hotel is just amazing and highly recommended it to anyone who is coming to Paris... First of all, the welcome by the young lady's ( Maria and Sabrina on the front desk was one of the best I've ever had, and I've seen a few receptions in the past 3 years ... secondly my room ( 45 ) was very comfortable and relaxing and the bathroom is amazing as well, you can hold a party in there if you wanted to.. hahaha... it has everything you need and want, and the bed was so comfy I could have slept for hours ... the lounge area where you get breakfast is cosy and nice, and the breakfast has a very good selection. It looks small, but it's not that you have everything you need to start the day off right. The hotel is in a nice quiet area and about 15/20 minutes from the effel tower.
Also I would like to say that it was my birthday yesterday and on my bed was a hand written not to say happy birthday...its the little things like this that make me wish I was stay longer and that I would come back here next time I visit.
So for all of you that follow my review I give this place 5 stars
