Bed mattress and pillows very comfortable
Very small bathrooms running almost into the bed even if a so called luxury room . And the access to the hotel is not so good for any vehicle .

The room was excellent, quiet, spacious and clean in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful. The location was fabulous and only a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and you can see it from the top of the street. We had a room that was separate and had its own balcony, lovely for those morning coffees. The free hot drinks were definitely a bonus after a long day siteseeing.
The honesty bar and breakfast had limited selection but was ample for a short stay. What was available was lovely.

The location was in the center of the pedestrian walking path, so there was a lot of activity. The triple pane windows blocked out all of the street noise and was great. The room was furnished beautifully and there was plenty of room to move about.
Parking was a struggle as well as managing the stairs to the apartment. I had asked for a handicapped accessible room, which I got. However, getting there was a different story.

The hotel is in a perfect location 10-15 minutes walk from Eiffel tower and Montparnasse Tower and their surrounding areas. Moreover, walkable distance from Louvre, Jardim de Luxembourg ,Notre Dame and a big number of Cafes and restaurants. The hotel is very nice, everything is new and clean. The staff is great and they helped us with anything we asked. If you look for a safe, cozy, clean, with excellent location hotel to stay while visiting Paris, don't hesitate.

Breakfast was really nice. Found the price a little too expensive for the size of the rooms. I would compare it to Premier in. We weren't overall impressed . But a nice and clean place to stay.
