Wonderful
The hotel staff were very friendly on arrival and were kind enough to upgrade us to the Junior Suite as it was our 20th wedding anniversary! The suite was just great with views of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom and toilet. The hotel is so well located for the Eiffel Tower and there are excellent bistros and boulangaries just a short walk away.
The hotel would have got full marks but for the condiment tray being a little short. Only two milks but 6 hit drink options. This was only a very minor niggle!

The night staff seemed grumpy, the day staff was helpful.

Disappointing
The room was small, the shower was terrible and very cheap and at times no hot water. The bar is not an actual bar and very misleading, they have a breakfast room with a fridge and a wine dispenser, that is not a bar. Not value for money at all.

We travelled as a group of 4 friends and shared a family room. The rooms were connected which was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Location was fantastic. The staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful. Overall an amazing stay.
