The employees were very polite and generous , the hotel is very close to the metro station. The area around the hotel is bad and kind of dangerous.

How close it is to the metro station and the train station.
- the room wasn’t clean when we arrived - the bathroom smells horribly and is moldy - the people are not very welcoming - forced to leave our keys at the entry so “cleaners” can come in without your consent - the lights are a hassle to use

The room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was next to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and an underground entrance.

The room was quite spacious and clean Staff was very friendly and helpful, told me all the details of my stay and helped to bring suitcases

Close to centre of Paris for not too much money.
No hot water, and a broken shower head which is the main reason for our disappointment. The room was not dirty but did not look like the picture. One of the staff members was very helpful, but the other one could not speak a word of English, which caused a lot of confusion with our room key.

Very close to the train station
My room (on the top floor) did not have any working radiator and the small electric heating could not nearly spend the heat that it was supposed to spend
