I liked the fact that this was a building with history and although we were very centrally located, the street is very quiet and it was nice to be able to have the windows open. The lounge area was very nice although we did not use it very much. All the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. We switched rooms after the first night and our request was dealt with professionally and they satisfied our request.
Nothing in particular. Not sure if it was a one off, but tea/coffee were not resupplied each day.

Clean and cozy rooms with some luxury amenities
Elevator only above first floor. Narrow, creaky stairs to get to it and to get to cellar where breakfast served. Very difficult for senior adults.

Everything was just perfect! I couldn't have been happier. The room was perfect, the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. I felt so safe by myself there. It was an amazing location, I walked to a lot of places. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I had the best sleeps as the bed was so comfy. Would definitely be my first choice to stay again in the future.
