First of all they charge 60€ per day for parking, second I forgot 3 brand new shoes worth (510€) at the hotel and when I call them, they said we don’t find them, asked them to go back to security cameras they said only police can look to our cameras, third when I checked the google reviews, I saw other people had same problems with them.

Location Location Location and the staff is amazing. The concierge was tops. He suggested 2 restaurants, made a reservation for us and gave us a map on how to get there. The food at the restaurants was excellent too.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vernet!
Everything about the experience was thoughtful and welcoming — especially how they decorated my room for my children that made them feel extra special.
The room service was excellent, the concierge was incredibly helpful and attentive, and every staff member treated us with genuine care and kindness. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful.
It’s clear they truly value their guests. I highly recommend Vernet and would love to return.

Front stairs need desperately and urgently a railing. The lack of it is very dangerous. I fell there and hit my head and knees.

Location is perfect , very clean and rooms are modern . The staff are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was great .
The street is noisy until late time , you can hear the cars passing every few minutes, we couldn’t sleep .
Mattress and pillows are nit comfortable at all .

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Vernet in Paris for my birthday, and I can’t express enough how beautifully the team made my special day. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member showed such kindness, warmth, and care — their attentiveness and positive attitude truly made me feel at home.
The hotel had been recommended to me by one of my siblings, and I’m incredibly glad I chose to follow their advice. Not only was my stay perfect, but the staff went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. They surprised me with a lovely birthday arrangement in my room and even brought me a delicious birthday cake the following day. It was such a sweet and unforgettable gesture that deeply touched me.
Hotel Vernet didn’t just meet my expectations — it made my birthday in Paris feel magical. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting the city. I will absolutely return to Hotel Vernet the next time I’m in Paris.

Everything bar breakfast . Lovely small hotel where staff were superb
Breakfast , you pay for breakfast and then expect a breakfast not have to pay for bacon sausages tomatoes etc. never stayed in a 5 star hotel for and paid in advance for breakfast only to be asked to pay more for those items as outlets above. Also had breakfast in room last day, some items did not arrive and all was late
