Super friendly personnel, spacious room and a huge bathroom, luggage storage, great location!
TV only had channels in French and no smart hub/option to download and use any apps like Netflix.

The location is brilliant - so close to the underground and a vast array of restaurants and bars. The room was very spacious and so comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite

They advertised air-conditioning in all rooms. First night we got there only to be told oh no sorry no air-conditioning it only goes on in summer. It was extreamily hot and had no sleep. After us complaining they moved us to a different floor with air-conditioning that works. They did say they will be rufunding us for the first night which has not happened as yet.

It was a great location - it was easy to get to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. All the staff were polite and friendly - not just reception.
Would have been nice if we could have enabled subtitles on the tv

Lovely hotel tucked away in a quiet area, yet a very close walk to food and attractions. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating (Ruth in particular). Our room was surprisingly very sizeable.
I wish the room included a mini fridge.

Great location - lovely staff.
The aircon unit was SO loud, and it was hot in the hotel so couldn’t sleep without it. Bathroom could be cleaner but apart from that a great stay for Paris

The location is great, close to everything, good restaurants around. The room was big, the staff were super friendly. Good cost for Paris and its location. I would stay again :)

It was comfortable, very agreeable staff, fresh water at the hall and also in the room! Cleaning was amazing, tea and coffee in the room. Incredible breakfast that we enjoyed a lot. Restaurants and supermarkets very close from the hotel.
Maybe the type of pillows, they were too soft and only one type, but that is personal. Also it could be nice to have a small fridge in the room, especially in the summer, that can be very welcome. :)
