The staff were exceptional and made me feel very welcome! I was able to work in the restaurant area which was very convenient. The hotel's restaurant also makes delicious food and coffee. The hotel is very well located with easy access to central Paris via the Crimee train station located 2 minutes away. There are also several grocery stores around as well as restaurants/bakeries.

Good rooms, very clean ,nice beds ,there is a TV ,water kettle, hair dryer , the bathroom is clean and nice ,there is a wardrobe. There is someone at reception 24/7 which is nice if you arrive late or need to checkout early. You need to leave the key for the room when you go out ,which to be honest I liked because I'm sure I won't lose it outside. When you go back they give you the key for the room back. Near the hotel there is a.metro station literally two minutes away , a few supermarkets ,a bakery with amazing breads and foods , McDonald's, a few other fast food shops like kebabs and pizzas and other food shops too. Compared to other hotels in Paris this one is very good and at good price too..

Nice location with plenty of resteraunts and bars nearby...

Staff were friendly and very helpful especially the manager and Ahmed.
On Friday night, we had an interrupted sleep due to a party with loud music in the next door flat. Staff were helpful and managed to resolve it with the music stopping at half one in the morning.

My family stayed in this hotel for a few days and the staff was without a doubt the best asset they offer.
Friendly, well-educated, multilingual, and so helpful it will just beat any other place to stay.
Location was pretty good as well, with metro station nearby and an amazing boulangerie next to it (won 2023 awards for best croissant!).

The property was located in an excellent location but the best part of it was the staff.
Tom and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, to the point that they were calling different places for us to have a traditional French brunch.
I would totally recommend staying with them.
