The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. It was located steps from a metro station that made it very easy to get around. It was a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Location is perfect. Around 15 min walk to Eifel Tower and close to the most beautiful places in Paris. Stuff was so friendly. The breakfast was good

First and foremost the STAFF! They were beyond friendly, helpful, accommodating and just absolutely pleasant to be interact with. Second, the LOCATION being right by the Eiffel and a metro station that would take you straight to central Paris.
Only thing that was not ideal but not a deal breaker was the room size and that I couldnt control the heat. It got quite hot in the room so I would have to open the window to cool things down. Also the walls were kind of thin and I could hear most things

Location is good. It is safe.
I booked this for my dad and brother. The reception was not very patient. We asked if union pay is accepted. He said yes he's he knows but after we used the card it doesn't work. The room was much smaller than the description, way less than what we expect from a 4 star hotel. We had to push the two beds more to the side to have room to walk, not to say to open suitcases. I thought I booked a nice hotel for my family given the price but I felt sorry when I saw it.

The location was great an easy walk to attractions and plenty of restaurants close by. The room was comfy and the staff were sensational, they were friendly, helpful, a great place to stay, I would stay again happily.

The location was perfect, only few km from main attractions and 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets were very big. The room was clean and it was cleaned thoroughly every day by the housekeeping. Staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel.
Breakfast could have had a litte bit more variety as the hotel claims to be 4 stars, i.e pancakes, fish, porridge, more sweets. The metro is very close to the hotel, so you can hear and feel it every time the train passes, the room vibrates, but we used earplugs and we got used to it.

Location was awesome. Did lots of walks from this location to the main attractions. Family room was perfect, the partitioning was a good idea.

Room bigger than most of the hotel rooms in Paris. Excellent location, near plenty of restaurants. The metro stop just in front of the hotel
The offer of the bar is quite poor.
