Location, staff, breakfast, toiletries, hotel and room interior.
Terrible sewage smell in the bathroom, probably because the sink is clogged. It was not that noticable when we arrived and we did not spend much time in the room, but in the morning it was an awful experience. That really should not happen in a nice hotel at such a high price.
Also a pair of basic slippers to walk around the room would have been nice.

The hotel is very nice, warm and intimate.
Room was pretty big and very clean.
Good location, close to shopping center with lots of restaurants and shops...
All the staff is incredibly charming, especially Natacha the hotel manager who treated us like family.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with not much in the way of urban noise.
During our week we walked everywhere and the location was ideal. A leisurely walk of 30 mins and we were at the Louvre, the Orsay or Basilique Sacre-Coeur, the latter a good climb.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, modern and welcoming and we would definitely look to stay again.

The room was a great size for me, and had a nice bathroom with a tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, and I liked the extra touches like the cookies at check-in, sparkling water, and gift I received during my stay. The location was great for me, I was able to walk to a lot of places but also found it easy to catch the metro and bus from the hotel.

We had an issue with internet and TV coverage dropping out and Natacha did everything possible to resolve it - Natacha went beyond our expectations and made us feel very comfortable.

Location and charm; very quiet room overlooking the street. The staff were amazing as well. Always available coffee, tea and sparkling water: a very nice touch! Shelving in the bathroom made it work with toiletries etc.
The room was I credibly teeny tiny and the furnishings funky (but full of charm). Fridge was by necessity also minuscule, as well as the shower.

The hotel room was very nice and I was very much pleased by the small gifts we had there as cookies, cosmetics and hand written note:) the room was quiet and very well isolated and the beds were super comfortable. The receptionists are extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is very rich:)
The man waitress on the breakfast the first day made our day, thank you:) the second day there was a woman, having some sweets and coffee directly from the breakfast for guests which was a bit inapproprate and there was hair in the eggs.

The location was perfect for us since we planned to eat at restaurants that were nearby. Its very central and close to a lot of things, especially shopping. The design and decor of the hotel is wonderful too. It feels very artistic but not pretentious. Bed was comfortable as well.
The bathroom in our room was not good. Everything worked and it was nice and functional, but there was a terrible sewer smell that came from the drains. We made a comment so they could get this fixed. The staff were very apologetic and ensured they would make it right, but they werent able to fix it while we were there. Our room was located on the first floor. Not sure if the heat had anything to do with it but we had to keep our bathroom door closed.
