The staff are really nice and responsible.
Very nice and good value breakfast, my son especially love the Chicken rolls and macaroons.
It’s so nice that we got up too late one day and the macaroons were ate out, at night, we found some in our room when we came back, it’s a big surprise!
Even after I checked out the room, they still let me leave my luggages there for a while.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff, particularly Natacha were outstanding - friendly but very professional. I was grateful for the warm greeting on arrival as I had travelled for 30+ hours from Australia and Natacha kept me informed re my room being ready to check in. All staff on the front desk were friendly and very helpful, and their level of English was excellent. LOVED the extra touches provided in the room incl a bottle of wine and the L'Occitane products. The room has been well thought out in terms of decoration and layout. It was very comfortable for an extended stay, ie 7 nights.
The lift was cozy but typical of boutique hotels in Paris.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Touraine Opéra, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Davide, the receptionist who greeted us, was outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. He set the tone for a fantastic stay. A special mention as well to Kofe, the lively and attentive night receptionist, who always greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was perfect no matter the hour.
Honestly, every staff member deserves praise. The entire team was kind, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, or anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience special.
The location is amazing—right in the Opéra area, close to public transport, restaurants, cafés, and major attractions. It made exploring Paris incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is charming, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities that made our stay relaxing and stress-free. The rooms were well-maintained, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a full day in the city.
This hotel combines warmth, comfort, and an unbeatable location, and it exceeded all expectations. I will absolutely be going back for sure when visiting Paris next time. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, polite, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully arranged. We were pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten welcome card along with delicious macarons waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch!
Another highlight was the housekeeping service. Each time the room was cleaned, we found lovely little surprises of gifts. These small gestures really elevated our experience and made the stay feel extra special.
Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would love to return.

Loved the location of the property. Also really appreciated the staff for accommodating a room change when the WiFi wasn’t working well in our room and we needed it for work. Special thanks to David and Belen for making our stay a good one!
Some features of the property is a bit outdated. Also could use a little more variety for breakfast. I think the menu is pretty good if you’re only there for a couple of days because it has something for everyone but it can get pretty old after a week or so of eating the same thing.

Wonderful hotel. I stayed 3 nights. I am a foodie and the 9th arr. is foodie heaven...great restaurants and food shops all in short walking distance. One metro line (12) less than a block away and it is a straight shot to the train station (Montparnasse). Single room was not treated as an afterthought in a broom closet. Plenty of space, AC worked fine, shower good, bed comfy. Mainly though, the staff is great. All are friendly and super helpful.
All hotels seem to be into the fad of sinks that look like salad bowls. They are too high up for most women and you end up with water all over the floor, feet and arms. Also no place to set soap or razor in shower. (I like bar soap.) No place to hang a face towel.
The breakfast was fine, not a gourmet delight, but variety (scrambled eggs, sausages, and the usual breads, yogurt, fruit. They need a coffee maker for decaf coffee, not instant! Also the croissants were out of a supermarket package, more like bread than pastry. But convenient and plentiful.

The staff was great! Especially Sofiane was super kind and generous, he made my child feels like at home, I love their breakfast and lemon water from the lobby. Front desk Belen gave us so many advise. They gave us more than we expected. The place is very clean, and we had a wonderful experience with the hotel's lovely staff. Thank you, we will definitely come back again when we visit Paris!

Wonderful, welcoming staff and atmosphere, and a 100% attention to the guests needs. Perfect location to get to anywhere fast. Great restaurants for an end of a long day dinner, and boulangeries for your morning baguette.
