The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and we truly appreciated their hospitality, especially Madame Elissa. I came here with new born and had my additional requests always addressed. The breakfast was also great.

The location of the hotel is amazing ! you can do all paris walking from the hotel. Fully recommend the cozy hotel.

The staff are really nice and responsible.
Very nice and good value breakfast, my son especially love the Chicken rolls and macaroons.
It’s so nice that we got up too late one day and the macaroons were ate out, at night, we found some in our room when we came back, it’s a big surprise!
Even after I checked out the room, they still let me leave my luggages there for a while.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff, particularly Natacha were outstanding - friendly but very professional. All staff on the front desk were friendly and very helpful, and their level of English was excellent. LOVED the extra touches provided in the room incl a bottle of wine and the L'Occitane products. The room has been well thought out in terms of decoration and layout. It was very comfortable for an extended stay, ie 7 nights.
The lift was cozy but typical of boutique hotels in Paris.

Style, elegance, cleanness, position, staff and breakfast!
What could you want more?
The whole staff is very professional and very friendly. A strong thanks goes to Davide and Maria for the wonderful breakfast, but also to the girl at the check-in.
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom toiletries are from L’Occitaine en Provence, the heating and the WiFi were excellent, the view from our seventh floor room overlooked the typical Parisian last floors and also in the corner the Sacre Coeur Basilica and Montmartre!
In the room we found a hand written welcome letter and 4 macarons!
The breakfast which on the booking offered appeared not expensive at all was wonderful! Everything was fresh or freshly made, excellent choice of cheese, eggs, salmon not to mention the pancakes or the sweet part!
We didn’t have the chance to try the gym and sauna which was available for free :(
A very nice address that we discovered by chance but has already become one of our favourites in the city.

The staff were very welcoming. The room had everything we needed, and the Christmas gift on arrival was a nice touch. Great location for exploring the area around Opera Garnier and Les Galeries Lafayette/Printemps.
