Aesthetic in the man lobby is amazing! Customer service throughout the experience was exceptional. From the door man to concierge to cleaners to room service. Anastasios checked me in. He was 10/10
Hotel room iPad wasn’t connected so couldn’t order room service. Shower in steam room was also broken. Minor issues

I have stayed in many luxury properties around the world, and I have never been treated in such a manner. Despite the hotel being proudly owned by my beloved country, I did not experience any respect — neither during check-in nor check-out.
The lack of hospitality and professionalism was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I expected a warm welcome and a pleasant farewell, but instead, I felt ignored, disrespected, and unwelcome.
