Really comfortable bed, great shower, and extremely clean and location is safe.
The housekeeping was very inconsistent. Eg. twice was the room cleaned but nothing restocked and once a dirty robe from the floor was re-hang up instead of replacing it. Area is further away from main tourist sites, recommend this area for second time visitors.

This property was so close to everything and made our stay in Paris very comfortable, it is in a quite street with all that you need close by. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. After a long day of sightseeing the plunge pool is a welcome relief

Very nice room- great location very close to St Germain- excellent breakfast and coffee- nice intention for our anniversary (which I announced)
The hamam was out but fixed during our stay. unfortunately we ere not informed that is the defect was repaired and we remained with the initial information communicated during our check-in that the hamam was not in use.

Good location. Short walk to metro Station. Quiet street. Clean hotel. Helpful stuff.
My first time in Paris. Rooms are small. Breakfast is OK. Not a lot of choices. 4 days same menu. Scramble eggs are wet and bacon is not cooked enough .

This hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and the staff were all truly wonderful. We loved the boutique nature of the rooms, breakfast area and spa was a very welcome treat after a long day exploring in Paris. We will be sure to return when we next visit. Merci Beaucoup

Suite was great. Lots of space.
Elevator was not working for several days. I stayed in the suite but the front desk staff did not bother to accompany me to the room and explain the features of the room. This meant I had one sleepless night because I did not know how to operate the blind to cover the skylight. Breakfast was very disappointing. Coffee and hot chocolate were not good except on the last day. Food uninspiring. I expected better.
