Poor
The location is definitely the best aspect of the hotel and probably the only truly strong point. Some members of the staff also try to address room issues with a kind and helpful attitude, although this is effective only up to a certain point.
We had a major issue with the room as the heating was not working properly. An electric heater was provided as a temporary solution, but it was placed only in the main room, leaving the bathroom very cold. A room change was not proactively offered and had to be requested, which caused inconvenience as we had already unpacked after being told the issue would be resolved. The second room was also problematic and not properly prepared. The heating system was leaking water in part of the room, so we had to place a bucket to manage it. The room was missing basic amenities such as a hair dryer, which we had to request, and the in-room phone had a malfunction causing a continuous noise even after being unplugged. Additionally, the room was difficult to access.
