First they gave us a really bad room. Far from what could have been expected or what we booked. Only after realising that and talking to the staff they gave us a completely different room in the same class but totally different, very nice. We are experienced travelers and this did not make them look good. A four star hotel should not rent out room 114.

Brilliant location. We walked everywhere to see sights. Breakfast lovely and room was gorgeous. We went fir my birthday and our anniversary. On arrival we had complimentary macaroons in our room to celebrate our special occasion. Highly recommend this hotel.

Centralized location. Friendly staffs who are eager to assist.
The toilet bowl and the hangers are not within asian heights. And no hangers on the wall to put the coats

- very good location in the centre of Paris
- staff was friendly and responsive to our requests (we wanted an iron to be brought to our room)

Quiet room, great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Very dated and small room, lack of sink in toilet and mirror in bedroom. Breakfast was disappointing for the price and very small buffet area meant it was always crowded. Reception and communal areas much nicer than bedrooms. Wouldnt stay again given the price.
