Comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom (we had an accessible room on ground floor) fantastic shower. Generous breakfasts, friendly helpful staff. Ideal location, quiet yet central.
Unable to open windows as we were right on the street so room rather airless. Otherwise excellent

all went well apart from being ripped off by a taxi driver, 50 euros from Gare du Nord wish I had booked a car through hotel as almost did....perhaps put a warning about unscrupulous tax drivers in your details when booking?!

The hotel's location was extremely central. It’s an ideal hotel in terms of value for money. The breakfast was quite successful. The rooms were small but adequate. The water pressure was perfectly fine.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We asked for towels twice, but they didn't bring any. The staff were friendly, but they were inadequate at fulfilling requests.

Excellent location. Bed and pillows was comfortable.
The hotels need some upgrading. Paint work very damaged in halls and room - looks quite scruffy. Also very loud in the hotel - all the rooms are immediately off the central staircase and there is a lot of noise when people come and go. Room was freezing - AC seemed to be broken.

Superb location for a few days off in Paris. Very nice hotel, with truly nice and genuine staff! Good breakfast. The room was nice and for Paris standards big enough ;) If you want a bigger room at that location, you need to be prepared to pay VERY high prices. Bathroom very nice!
For coffee afficionados only, this small critique: the breakfast coffee could be better - comes from an automatic machine, from coffee beans. Those never give the best quality of coffee, is my experience worldwide. I'd happily pay extra at breakfast for a REAL cappuccino or café au lait. If the hotel does not want to do that, at least consider upgrading the beans to less bitter and bland tasting ones. I know there is no accounting for tastes, but bitter coffee beans as standard are really starting to be a thing of the past - luckily.
