Clean and cozy hotel within walking distance to Norte Dame. Great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was small but comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the extra touches that were offered like rose petals arranged in a heart shape on the bed and delicious macaroons, very Romantic!

Wonderful staff, especially Diane at the front desk. I usually stay at their other property in the Marais which I love but it had no room . This was also very good location at the tip of the Isle de St. Louis, many good restaurants and food shops.

Wonderful staff, especially Diane at the front desk. I usually stay at their other property in the Marais which I love but it had no room . This was also very good location at the tip of the Isle de St. Louis, many good restaurants and food shops.

Lovely decor and location
Advertised a coffee maker but it was a kettle with instant coffee, I expected pods
Uncomfortable pillows and bed not the best
Wifi broken but they kindly compensated for that

The manager was extremely helpful about the area and was a nice warm woman.
Dangerous steps from room to elevator. Need a railing. Stairs not always lit. Impossible to navigate if using a cane. Fortunately I did not need one this year but have on past
Outlets next to bed do not charge iPhone.
