The breakfast menu was very limited, so much so that we cancelled our breakfast which we had pre.booked.
The staff cancelled it upon our request but conveniently did not refund the money making an excuse of tion between their morning and check out staff. We asked them to look into it, they haven’t got back after nearly a week.
The rooms are tiny, the ones with a bed and sofa bed leave no room around the sofa bed.
The shower gel in the tub was empty when we needed it. Didn’t even bother telling them as did not expect a quick enough fill up as very limited on staff.
The reception was being renovated so not very “ reception” like.
Tiniest pool ever seen in a hotel.
Whatever is the star rating, should be 2.

Just the rooms are good
-300 euro for 3 nights of staying blocked for nothing i dont eat in their hotel
-reception people very bossy and not helpful i ireceived the room at 4 pm after a big scandal
-elevator didnt worked
-at the check out they said to me that i cannot have the invoice for acomodation because only booking can give it to me
- they find excuses for themselves that with roland garros they are overwhelmed but actually they took all the money for everything like it was perfect from their side
-when you go in a trip if you have a fight at reception at check in and check out it ruin the mood of the holliday
- this hotel didnt implement the idea of hospitality with their employees and find excuses for themselves and this is forbidden when you are paid like you function 100% perfect
-they didnt even apologised i received only excuses for themselves
