Unbeatable location right in the heart of all shopping and landmarks. Excellent breakfast option and afternoon drink service.
Elevator is on the small side but common in that location and worked out perfectly fine.

Hotel was a bit less than the price might indicate... pretty limited facilities for checkin/breakfast... but fine generally... courtyard was under construction so that didn't help.

No complaints, other than the shower could be a little bit warmer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for a good night’s rest, with cozy, comfy beds that made all the difference. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, making it easy to explore. Overall, a very cozy hotel that I’d highly recommend!

I expected a nicer bathroom but it was fine. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have an elevator for luggage but expect a wait because everyone is always wanting to use it. It’s in a good location and near the metro.
The breakfast was horrible - I completed the request the night before so it could be delivered to my room. I called when it was 15 min late and it arrived another 20 after that. When it arrived, the pastries were dry and the sausage wasn’t even warm.
The room was cleaned but new towels weren’t provided and the coffee bar wasn’t restocked.
When I called the front desk to ask for an order form so that breakfast could be delivered (just wanted some juice and yogurt - even though I paid for a full one but didn’t want the same experience)…when I was having difficulty understanding the man (in French), he increased the level of his voice yelling at me (why not switch to English, if he was clearly capable of it?) This was the night of Sept 22nd if the management want to look into it. I was in room 43. When I confronted the man that his yelling was unnecessary and rude he denied it and acted as though he had no clue what I was talking about and that he was not rude - but he confirmed he was the one I spoke with on the phone at the desk.
A do not disturb sign/clean the room sign would be fantastic.
