Beautiful location one block from Louvre and one block from Saint Honoree. Luggage was delivered quickly. Restaurant was pleasant and the food was excellent including the crepes suzette.

Nice historical hotel.
The location is stunning and the staff at the door and the valet were really friendly and helpful.

Honestly after staying in many 5 stars recently that was the most disappointing experience.
Starting by the concierge service… what happened to the “certainly Sir”?? In a 5 stars with such a large concierge team.
To give you an example: you ask before Christmas for gift wrapping paper to wrap a gift, they simply answer they don’t have anymore. We are speaking of an hotel in the center of Paris with 100s of shop in the vicinity, not one secluded on a private island…
The junior suite with Eiffel view felt a bit old and could do with a bit of a renovation also it didn’t look like what they advertised online (they advertised upper floor suite). Asked to see another room, they couldn’t show us anything until the next day.. but by lack of time and convenience we stayed in the suite we were provided at check out.
A small minus: The hotel valet parking doesn’t offer any charging station for EV.

Loved the hotel character and old Paris charm. The location is wonderful, the Louvre, cafes, shops, etc. all right there.
Would definitely stay here again.
They need to have a flat sheet on the bed. We cannot sleep with just a comforter, get too hot, then when the comforter is off, get too cold.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was amazing, and the central location. The hotel itself was pure Parisian luxury. The lounge bar was a cosy, relaxing way to finish each day of sight-seeing and the concierge was extremely helpful, organising taxis and dinner reservations. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food and service were impeccable without being overbearing.

Fantastic location a couple of blocks from the Louvre. Magnificent Eiffel Tower views from some premium rooms! Great staff! Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast! Lots of shopping options within a 6-9 block radius.
Most elegant hotel I have ever stayed in. My party and I sometimes felt under dressed. Expensive, especially the view rooms.

It’s my third time, third year going back to the hotel. I like the location and the staff is very nice. The hotel is clean and beautiful.
There was construction work happening during my visit next to the building. Not a problem in the evening, but since I was jet lagged and woke up not early, it did disturb me during the weekdays post 10am

the room is dirty! the slippers that I threw in the trash were taken out and placed next to my bed so that I could wear them again! there is no water in the room, you have to beg for it! the staff's manners are non-existent!!!! the breakfasts are disgusting!!!! the room cleaning is terrible! this is not a five-star hotel!!!!
