Close to train station; friendly and accommodating staff; comfy bed, clean room
No coffee or tea facilities in my room;
Can be noisy at night (i was on the 2nd floor);
Lift too close to the stairs when you step out can be dangerous

It was very close to the Gare de Lyon.
There is someone on reception 24/7.
The room was perfect for my one night stay.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I enjoyed the continental breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like (very small dislike) was the taste of the milk for my cereal.

It was clean & convenient for Gare de Lyon
The room was very small. Weird decor. Very tight layout. The two single beds together nearly filled the room. The room was a strange triangular shape with a separate toilet which - although behind a door - was almost in touching distance of the bed. The beds were very hard. We were there only overnight but spent no time in the room as it was miserable. This room lacked any charm. At over 250 Euro we felt miserable at having stayed here.

I accidentally booked the same room twice through booking.com and they wouldnt allow me to cancel one free of charge when it was clearly an error through the booking system.
Very unjust and unmovable in their booking policy. I was clearly unable to use both rooms as Im already staying there.
