Great location with several restaurants nearby plus a few supermarkets. The staff were very helpful and responsive.
Rooms are very small though we had one with a balcony- but that is standard Paris room size.

Excellent location. Short walk to Champs Elysee and to two metro line stations (lines 1 and 9). Friendly staff and clean. Newly renovated bathroom.

We loved the balcony; the location; the Japanese loo; the decor in the lobby and general areas…
The buffet breakfast was frequently cold; very crowded; items constantly ran out. The jam was delicious though!

The room was quite small & I had to pay an extra €30 a night for a room with a balcony & the balcony was tiny and not comfortable at all. I felt ripped off

Excellent location. 10 minute walk to Avenue des Champs-Élysées. (This broad happening avenue, located in the 8th arrondissement).,hotel has an elevator , good breakfast, very clean rooms and bathroom, very polite staff and makes for a great stay in Paris.

Location is good, 15 mins walk to Arch du triomphe but many better hotel than this in the area with similar price
Elevator takes too long, not spacious, requested for 3 hours late check out 1st staff said ask my colleague tomorrow and the other staff said wait till almost last day, and at then they told me i must pay for one day extra, water only provided on 1st day. Slow service at the reception

My usual hotels were fully booked as it was Roland Garros. Location is good. Most of staff is helpful. View on Boulevard Haussman was very Paris.
Internet not working well. It is not perfectly clean. Absolute lack of charm. Key was defected.

I'm from America and thankfully everyone spoke English. They treated my daughter and I so well.
Rooms are small but doable for the time spent.
