Location is great.
Rooms are extremely small. They only have one physical key for the apartment. If you are two people having different plans it wont work and they have no solution for this.

Properly was perfect for us. Starting with a super friendly staff (Sihem and Robert), they accommodated any of our questions and needs. Great free breakfast and perfect location. Hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable and had fast wifi and an elevator (we were with a toddler and a stroller). Hotel is located within 15min walking to the tower, arc and a stop of one of hop on hop off tour buses. You can easily feel, you are in a centre of Paris. There is a grocery store 1min away as well as pharmacy.
We had an early flight and were early at the hotel. Sihem checked us in because room was available and we didnt have to wait. That helped a lot.
We would definitely recommend this place and would come back.
