Comfortable bed. Good breakfast option available. Lots of good cafes and restaurants in the nearby area. Nice staff.
Room was smaller than expected. Almost no cupboard space to hang clothes. No milk available in room for tea and coffee. Wasn’t able to get extra rolls of toilet paper until next room service schedule.

Location was excellent close to the Metro bus stations and good walking to shops bars and restaurants. Not too close to the centre that it was noisy at night really friendly staff who accommodating and offered to look after our bags on our last day so we could explore Paris before we reach you to leave without having to carry round our bags. Friendly answered lots of questions. Would stay there again when next in Paris.
For or four star hotel there was just a few things that weren’t quite right for example we were given a flor mat with a stain on it, I wasn’t too bothered because it only went on the floor but was not idea. Also showerhead in our room was too big for the holder and had to be propped up so they didn’t keep falling off, which was a bit inconvenient and made it difficult to shower. Also at night you can hear the sound of the metro going past underneath which can be a little bit disruptive to sleep.

Very clean, great location, staff friendly.
Had to pay for bottled water, and tea making facilities in the room. Never experienced free coffee in the room but had to pay 4 euros for tea. No English TV channels, difficult when travelling with children

Comfortable bed and good.location
Air conditioning temperature couldn't be changed, so I kept it off because it was too cold. Bar fridge was broken, I told staff from the first day. Nothing was done our whole stay.

The location is ideal, near multiple metro stations, 5 to 10 min walk from major department stores, great cafes and bars all around the hotel. Many thanks to Albert and Michele for making my stay very comfortable and pleasant, also to Aliou, Abdel and John.

The room was nice, modern, clean, and cosy. The bathroom had a great shower, great lighting, and amenities. Robe and slippers included.
The safe in my room wasn’t working and the AC went off a couple times during the night.
