Shower door not fitted correctly so water leaked all over floor with each shower bathroom needed upgrading discoloured black grout around tiles and flaky ceiling paint.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Lane Hotel in Paris, and I cannot express how delighted I am with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the day I checked out, the hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations in every way.
First and foremost, the hotel's ambiance was simply exquisite. The decor was tasteful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The room I stayed in was not only impeccably clean and comfortable but also beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Mr Abdennour went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
The breakfast experience at the hotel's restaurant was delicious but also beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable.
The hotel is located in the most beautiful area of Paris and close by all amenties for example tube and train stations, shops, coffee shops, restaurants and sights to visit.
In conclusion, my stay at Park Lane Hotel was an unforgettable and exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The staff's dedication to ensuring guests have a remarkable experience sets this establishment apart. I can't wait for my next visit in January 2024. Breakfast buffet was good including scrambled eggs, poached eggs, bacon. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast room. Location good. Coffee machine in room and staff kindly delivered a kettle so I could make tea.
Could hear traffic through the windows. But this died down during the night.

Room was good size for Paris - but hotel is in need of refurbishment. Carpets very stained in hallway - bathrooms lots of mould.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great
The digital watch on the TV was too bright and it made it harder to fall asleep. It was not possible to plug the TV out of the power socket so it was a good thing I had a sleep mask and had to put it on.

This was a great place to stay on our first night in France. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room wasn't large but it was well equipped with a comfortable bed. The location was excellent for visiting the main attractions in Paris with a metro stop close by as well as a variety of restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was traditional and very good. We particularly enjoyed the little bar area and the opportunity to get a good cup of coffee when we returned from exploring.
Nothing to note here.
