Location, staff and breakfast. Breakfast was good value for money but not “amazing” (by French standards) as some reviews seem to indicate. I have been highly let down by the reviews which were super positive about this place.
The room smell of damp, the shower drain and toilets were malfunctioning and walls were wafer thin. Bring noise cancelling headphones and ear plugs. You cannot hear the streets but you will hear your neighbour sneeze (and everything else)

The location is great and the staff is very nice, they gave us lots of recommendations in the area and were very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and cafe in the area and short walk to the metro stops.
The bathroom (shower stall) was very small, just barely enough room to stand in, no room to bend over to wash your legs. The elevators are very small as well.

Upgraded to a suite was nice, staff kind and helpful. Did feel the bathroom was cold and we found it hard to hear the big room. I’m also pregnant and the seats for the bathroom mirrors were on wheels and unstable so I had to keep leaning down.
Room itself was well furnished nice character
The noise, we couldn’t sleep the road is so busy and as we stayed over a weekend it really ruined the ambiance. That was the only location free so we had to suffer it for a few nights. Noise stoped around 2am

The location is a great base for a few days. Style of hotel is nice and good toiletries.
Unfort a few things that let down our stay, the shower was incredibly small, even my 7 year old struggled in it. The room was so hot and when we asked someone to help with the temp, they said the whole hotel stays at that temperature so open the window... which then was noisy, so unfort we didnt sleep well at all. The view, was pretty awful and backing onto seeing into other peoples rooms so you didnt ever want the curtains open. Also when we asked for some coffee pods and milk we were just told, theres no room service, thats not room service thats making sure the rooms had been serviced! Pointless having a kettle in taking up space in a tiny room if no milk and coffee provided.

Room spacious and very stylish. Staff very pleasant and helpfully. Location great.
We were on the top floor and vents outside our bathroom window and on the roof were incredibly noisy.

The location the room was lovely the staff very nice.
Linen exceptional and the bed comfy - very nice experience
There weren’t any slippers or gowns
I like to be able to wear those in the hotel, there should be a complimentary treat on the bed each night and breakfast could be included / just the bread and cereal and fruit. It’s not really 19 euros worth.
