Hotel room was clean, staff good, very nice view from window, can even see the Eiffel tower, good location, free drinks in room (water, juice). Also like freebar service near reception with coffee, tea and sweets.

Lovely, lovely staff everybody was wonderful. I had some nice conversations with them. I love the snacks even though I didn’t eat any. I love that the mini bar in the room is totally free. Everything was very clean and very comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is overall great! We'll definitely be staying here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and they were cleaned every day. There's a free mini bar in the room with drinks and snacks at the reception. The view was incredible, we had a room with a balcony from which you could see the Eiffel Tower!! And the size of the room was a nice surprise. It was very quiet inside and outside of the hotel. Location was also a plus! Overall - perfect stay in Paris.

Perfect place to stay in Paris! The hotel was fantastic. Location is great - a quarter with a lot of nice boutiques and restaurants that is not far from the main attractions. Hotel is very welcoming and has a good vibe. The rooms are quiet, clean and airy- I even had a small outside area and a nice view. There are two things that really set this hotel part. The first is the staff and customer service. They go above and beyond. My suitcase jammed at the last minute and the handle was stuck in an upright position. I would have had to scramble and buy a new one during my last hours in Paris. But a very kind manager named Riad saved my luggage and my last day in Paris. I'm not sure how but he fixed it! I was so grateful for his help. The second thing is the snacks! The hotel offers free coffee and wide array of snacks from 2 pm to 2 am. This is a really nice gesture and not something I have experienced at any other hotel in Paris. In short, I highly recommend Hotel Palm and would definitely return!!

Excellent location, phenomenal staff- very friendly and gave us tips of where to visit. There were free snacks from 2 pm to 2 am plus free soft drinks and water in the fridge. Would definitely stay there when I in Paris again

Lovely, clean hotel with everything you need in a great location close to Montmartre and the sacre coeur. Riad the concierge was lovely and friendly, and would always ask about our day. He went above and beyond by finding me a charger in the hotels lost property at midnight when I realised I didn’t have mine. Really recommend!

* Beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower from the room. I enjoyed the Champagne Flash in my room. * Friendly, professional, and polite staff. * Satisfying complimentary services: minibar and café offerings. * Easy access to the subway and bus stops. Overall, this hotel is great.
The facilities are a bit dated, but considering the price, that’s quite reasonable.

I had a great stay at Palm Astotel! Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and cozy room with a balcony. I loved the free snacks available all day — a lovely touch. The only minor issue for me was the strongly scented bed linen, as I have allergies. Would be great if more neutral detergents were used. Still, I highly recommend and would love to return!
