The property was only about a 12-15 min walk from either Gare de L'Est (where we entered the city) and Gare du Nord (where we left), and about 5 mins from the nearest Metro stop, and it seemed quite a nice, peaceful neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful, providing us with a map of the city that showed where their other hotels are - one bonus of booking with this group is that you can call into any of their other hotels for free soft drinks, which we thought was really nice to have though we didn't actually take advantage of it. You also get a free "mini bar" with soft drinks/bottled water in your room, it's basically just a little fridge which they leave a few drinks in, but that was very handy to have as we put our wine in it too :-) There's a small lift up to the upper floors. The room wasn't huge but it wasn't tiny, not a bad size for a reasonably central location in such a large city, and it was all very clean. The aircon was very effective once it got going, and the water pressure in the shower was OK.
The building is quite old so you do hear other people moving about in it - not sure there's anything that the hotel could do about this, and it's not so loud as to be intrusive so not a big issue. The shower fittings were a bit rickety - the upright bit that the shower head is supported by didn't seem to be well fixed, and the shower door was wobbly and sometimes a little difficult to close - but the shower itself worked well.

we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very well-prepared, offering a variety of delicious options each morning. It was a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel is also excellent. We found it very convenient to reach all the major attractions by walking. Being so centrally located made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic breakfast and prime location.

Wonderful stay here in Hotel Palm! The staff is my #1 highlight, they really were very special and courteous to us, I spoke to them in French all the time and they helped me practice
The room was spacious and I really appreciated the mini balcony I had , the snacks and free water were so nice.
This is my place to stay in Paris from now on. Merci tous! Et bientt
The only issue was in the bathroom sink which was a little clogged. Rooms could be a little brighter.

Wonderful and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and great services.
AC wasnt working during our stay which left the rooms very warm at night. We addressed this with the staff but it was never resolved. Only option was to open the windows and the road in front of the hotel is very busy with road traffic at all hours of night.

Hair everywhere on the towels and the bed. Very bad quality detergents used for towels and covers, smells extremely strong and low quality, first time I realized that this could be an issue.

Great location with many cafes and restaurants nearby, close to metro. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many options, spacious room with a terrace, quiet despite located on a main street (we stayed one night from Sat to Sun).

Before reservation, I went through many hotels in booking.com. This hotel had the best reviews in Google too. And I agree, this was best choise to stay here. Personal was very friendly, location very nice - 20 min walking to center, Luvra, Mouling rouge, Montmartre. Delicious breakfast and free minibar. Also the snacks in lobby :) and very quiet.
