Room size was perfect for family of 4 incl baby in a travel cot. Lift was very small but room size, location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff made up for this. It is definitely a bit pricey but overall was worth the money for us - we will definitely be back.
Lift could be bigger but everything else made up for this.

The property is walking distance to the main attraction for tourists, located not far from Opera Garnier. Many shops and cafe for a breakfast around.The staff is very nice and supportive. The room is small but cozy.
Recommendation to staff to pay attention to the cleaning and changing toilet paper and towels. There's no refrigerator.

The location is really good, was in the middle of 2 starbucks coffee, theres a Burger King & McDonalds near the hotel, it takes just 5 minutes of walk to take de Roissy bus from the CDG airport, really good location to shopping, the staff are nice, had good communication with them and the room was clean also the bed is comfy and clean too, they give you free still water and sparkling water from the dispenser and free coffee, the room is quite cozy too.
Like many hotels of city of Paris, the room is small, unfortunately, considering my 20 years of experience of traveling to Paris its smaller then what I expected, and me being non smoker Im quite sensible to cigarette smoke, and I literally felt all the time during my stay in that hotel which gave me an headache all the time and as the rooms are small, theres no sounds proof at all, so you actually hear everything from everywhere of that building.

Fabulous location & view, great decor, staff were really friendly. Room was, as previously mentioned, very small. We stayed one night only and it was no issues but for those staying longer or who spend a lot of time in their room it might not be preferable.

Good location to most attractions and friendly people.
Bed too soft and small bathroom. Near end of week , oppsite street noise and smoking smell as we stay at level 1. No mini fridge.
