Everything. Especially Valentines Day Chocolate Room Service and kids toiletries!
Nothing but the second door was a bit heavy to open and hold and it made difficult to come out with the luggage.

Loved the room and the room size. Loved the accomidations provdied such as the clean, large bathtub and the Diptyque bath products. Breakfast was great, and staff was very accomidating.
My only "wish" was that there was an on-site restaurant or hotel lobby bar

We did not eat breakfast. The location is great and safe
The car driver that took us to the airport. Charge $75 Euros and Didn’t gave me the receipt.

Stay here on your next trip to Paris, look no further. I am a high-tier member with Marriott, and most Marriott properties I’ve been to (including St. Regis and Ritz) could barely match the level of hospitality and caring we received here. The front desk went above and beyond for every request we asked for. And the hotel itself is clean, spacious, and conveniently located at Vendome. The bathroom was filled with Diptyque products and the bedding was amazing. Would 10/10 recommend

We loved the property and its fantastic location within walking distance to many key attractions. We especially appreciated the front desk especially Joanna and her colleagues who went above and beyond with advice and tips with navigating Paris. The housekeeping staff also did a wonderful job ensuring our rooms were perfect each day. We will be back for sure and would highly recommend this hotel.

The elevator didn’t work in the hotel, making it extremely uncomfortable to check in - check out with all the luggage (we had to leave early so there was no one to help us with our bags)
