Breakfast on time
Make sure that all AC work before the arrival of the client.I was surprise at my arrival,they told me that the AC in the room not working and they would like to propose me the fan.That is inacceptable after payment the entire amount of 12 days of stay.

The TV was nice and i liked that it had netflix and youtube, it was also huge. The fridge and the water heater was a nice edition even tho the water heater was a bit cheap. The bathroom was okay as well.
The room itself was located on a balcony outside and while this wouldn't be THAT much of a problem, the doors of the room were so poorly isolated that the cold air kept seeping in and no matter what I did even leaving the AC on, the air still got really cold throughout the night. The bed sheets were awful and were being cleaned with some sort of cheap laundry powder that made them really sticky to the touch. They were also incredibly thin and didn't help the already freezing situation i was in. The whole room was really crammed as well and it wasn't nice to navigate in.

It is close to station. It is clean. The area is very quite.
When I checked in the staff didn't see my name on the list. He told me that I have booked the wrong days and the hotel was overbook. Then I showed him the booking confirmation with the correct day. After that, he gave me the key for one room but he said that it would be trouble if more customer came. The room was very cold and the blanket was very thin, not warm enough. I had a sore throat after the first night. There was a kettle in the room but no cups.

I would have greatly appreciated being informed in advance about the renovation work taking place at the hotel. Unfortunately, I found myself having to walk through a construction area, which was quite inconvenient.

The picture of the listing and the hotel is a bit different, the reception area is not at its best. The cleaners opening up your door randomly at 9am is not great etc….

Its close to a supermarket and to the metro station. And the staff were nice
They undergoing construction work on the hotel u can smell the paint all over your room they didn’t supply toiletries and the air-condition was off although they did give fans instead it was still horribly hot the fans didn’t work

Staffs were very good.
All the rest. Despite the location being "OK" There is some smell at some times. The AC wasn't working at all and make me crazy. This could. Be a good hotel if they invest little bit i think.

The hotel is very close to a metro station that connects directly to Orly Airport. The location is good, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The room was bright and comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms because we had issues with the electricity. Both rooms were decent, and I appreciated the breakfast being served in the room.
The hotel was under renovation, and everything was very dirty and messy. My bag came back full of dust. I specifically booked this hotel because the listing said it had air conditioning, but when we arrived, it wasn’t working in any of the rooms. We also had issues with our reservations. They don’t allow cancellations or refunds under the rate we chose, and I needed to add one more day to our booking, then I booked directly from their website, like they recommended. The staff didn’t notice that there were two reservations (one from booking and another from their website) and simply removed all our luggage and belongings from the room and placed them on the ground floor. I had to carry everything back upstairs myself. The rooms had electrical issues. On the day we arrived, we had to wait to get in the room due to an electrical fault, and then again around the third or fourth day when the power stopped working room. In the final room we stayed in, it was extremely hot, and the shower only had hot water — no cold at all — which made showering very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff (really friendly)
I was prepared due to the bad valuations. But it was even worse. The smell is awful. Not sure what chemical they used during their (on going) renovation. Stayed one night and after a few days I've had my luggage still smelling of that terrible smell. And I'm a person that easily adapts ....

I found it dirty and expensive. However, based on the experience of other colleagues, I think this is not so rare in Paris. Maybe its worth spending a bit more.

Rooms are very clean, staff is great and very pleasant. You can get free coffee at the hotel every morning but you can also order a breakfast which is quite tasty. Hotel is near the metro station and it is very easy to get anywhere you want.
