The staff were very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, room was huge, and the view of the church opposite from my balcony was gorgeous. The gym was well equipped.
The room was overly warm for me because I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heater. I should have asked reception, instead I just kept the balcony doors open for breeze.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in August 2025. The location is good, beds comfortable enough. However, would not stay again.
Our room did not have a shower (had one of those tubs that have a faucet head you can hold onto and shower yourself down) which is not in line with a four star hotel. Other amenities and helpfulness of the staff also not in line with a four star hotel. Have stayed in better in Le Marais and Paris generally for similar cost.

Right in the heart of Marais district Hotel National Des Arts was beyond beautiful. Room was spacious, the balcony overlooking the stress/church was wonderful to enjoy each night. Rooftop bar was insane with great views of Paris including Eiffel Tower and more. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel restaurants and bars were great too. Decor was stunning, I just can’t recommend this hotel enough!!! Every corner and detail was true Parisian style.
Loved it all! Only thing was being a pillow snob myself, they could have been a little better, but we still had great sleep.
