Location
hotel wouldn't help us with changing our nights due the Eurostar cancellations, gave us zero options! Very unhelpful.
We asked the hotel reception upon arrival to book us a specific restaurant, he couldn't do it, pretended to try, he was trying to sell us the "hotel restaurant" option. I ended up booking the external restaurant myself in front of him.
Shower was impossible to work - hot water tap needed brutal force to work. Get a new shower already!
Courtyard had loud music and lights on until 4am, no warning by hotel of this! Our room faced the courtyard!

the location, front desk staff, quietness
During 4 nights of stay, we only requested room cleaning service once while we were out about for whole day. When we return in the evening, it wasn't as clean as when we checked in.

The breakfast buffet was unbelievably well done. It was elegant, well stocked and had variety. The quality of each ingredient or dish was impeccable. It was truly a delight to go downstairs and relax in the lounge each morning, with a cup of coffee paired with a bite sized buttery croissant and perfect eggs. 10/10
If I could nitpick it would be the smallest details: there is not a ton of room to organize and lay out your clothes for two people. The water in the shower does not get as hot as I would have liked. And the mirror in the bathroom did not have a beauty light, so it was hard to do my makeup. Clearly not designed by someone who does makeup on themselves.
