The location was fabulous. Very easy to walk, access public transportation, or call an uber. Bathroom was modern. Virtually no street noise at all. Windows opened for fresh air. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping did a nice job. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel.
The elevator was very small, and it broke down one day; they fixed it promptly. The spiral stairwell is challenging to navigate with big feet! There’s no mini fridge & we really missed having one. Beds were VERY firm. The rooms are positively tiny & the beds were short for us. Navigation around the furniture was a little clumsy. AC seemed to have certain nighttime limits that we couldn’t override, so we got a bit warm a couple nights. Management asks that guests leave the sole door card each time they leave, and the card needs to be docked in a slot when guests are in the room. This was inconvenient when one person showered while the other went for coffee because the coffee person had no way of reentering the room if the other person was unable to manually open the door.

We had a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower right outside our window. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We also loved the area around the hotel. Would recommend this hotel 100%!

Hotel Muguet is a lovely hotel in a great location. It was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and many other points of interest. There are many restaurants nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, breakfast was very nice and the prestige room was fabulous. Very comfortable and gorgeous view.
Very small thing, Breakfast was a little confusing, employees Were around but no on offered help I had to Ask how to receive a tray with silverware.

Room was clean & comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.
When we first arrived the lady at reception seemed to be having an argument with someone on the phone. She didn’t even acknowledge us. She continued on for quite awhile. Another employee came & instead of greeting us, he started talking to her about the “issue.” It was probably at least 10 minutes before either acknowledged we were waiting there.
Note: the young man we encountered the next day was very kind & helpful.

Hotel was on a very, very quiet street....nothing else on the street really. Our room had a big shower. Good location, central to walk to a lot on the Eiffel Tower side of town - right by Rue Cler street and Napolean's Tomb. Hearty breakfast you could pay extra for.
The gentleman who worked the morning shift was not the friendliest, kinda grumpy each day.

The air conditioning worked really well and the bathroom was very nice. The distance from the Eiffel Tower was nice.
The 1 three person elevator did not go to the top floor where our room was. The photos of the room make the room look much larger than it actually is. There is a strictly no eating in the room policy as we found on a card in the room, so there was no type of small refrigerator even to keep cold water even if you wanted to. When I finished breakfast and went to go to my room, the elevator did not come to the ground floor because the staff had the door open on the third floor keeping the elevator from moving. This forced me to have to walk the full 6 flights of steps to get back to my room. The elderly man at the front desk was not very friendly considering he is the point of contact when you come and leave the hotel. There is a younger man that we initially interacted with who was very friendly and good to interact with. There is a policy of leaving your key at the front when you leave the hotel for some reason that felt like they either don't trust people to keep track of the key or have no easy way to recode the keys. I was really disappointed in my experience at this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Muguet! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore Paris. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and having a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower made our stay even more special.
What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also loved the breakfast each morning—it was a wonderful way to start our days in Paris.
We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay at Hôtel Muguet again on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommend!
