All of the staff were so friendly and super helpful during our stay! I would highly recommend it was very clean and everything was just perfect the whole stay!! We were less than a mile from the Eiffel tower which made for a nice walk. It was just a great location to see so much of the city!

The staff is amazing. I loved being close to rue Cler. The air conditioning was wondeful during the heat wave!

Such a lovely hotel. Super kind staff. Great location, steps from the Eiffel Tower and the lovely Rue Cler for morning pastries. Definitely recommend!

The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of.
The pillows weren’t too comfy and we couldn’t understand the air conditioner. But the decor was nice.

I love that everything was close by. And were lots of wonderful cafes, restaurants, and sites to see in walking distance. And the breakfast was really good!!
The room that I saw in the pictures was not the exact room that I got, and it was much smaller but it was clean and cozy. Loves it!

The staff was fabulous ?, there were challenges, train strike, marathon race blocking the streets and the worked diligently to help! Can't say enough about how wonderful Sergio, Maria and the others. Highly recommend!
As with all Paris hotels it's a bit smaller than a typical hotel (unless you're in New York City). The accommodations worked fine and the breakfast was good value.

Always comfortable, quiet and clean?
I have been a repeater for over 20 years. This visit, especially I was very happy with the room with a bathtub!! I have to remember this room to request in the future.
I always wish a refrigerator in the room for a convenience. Or at least a little bigger fridge in downstairs. A small fridge in the dining area is always so full with food/drinks of all the guests. I hardly find a space to put my cheese and butter!

This hotel is a gem, it is on a quiet, residential street, its sparkling clean, modern, and comfortable. It is walking distance to the Eiffel tower, and the metro among other things. There are a numerous non touristy neighborhood restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk. There are pharmacies, bakeries, chocolate shops, ice cream shops and a supermarket withing 5 minutes walk or less as well. The triple room was spacious with a good size bathroom. There is a breakfast if you wish to add it on, and a varieties of coffee/ cappuccino, available to purchase downstairs in the morning. The staff was exceptional, Sergio at the desk was top notch, friendly and personable, helpful with anything we needed and provided great instruction and recommendation for 1st timers to Paris. I can not wait to return.
Nothing, It was perfect, absolutely perfect. If I had to stretch to find something, I wish we had a mini fridge in the room but, I also did not inquire about this so, that might be on me. I love this hotel.

The mattress, water pressure and temperature, and cleanliness were perfect. There was good lighting and the area was quiet.
The pillows were very very firm. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location is excellent close to Invalides and a couple of blocks to Metro station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The concierge in general was professional and courteous. I would return to this hotel in a future visit to Paris
