Best location, few steps to reach most econic places in Paris. The metro rue du bac is a 10 meters away. Zoom is comfort and spacious, from the balcony you can see the effiel tower.
I am arranged the room in front of the elevator. It still can hear the noise in the room even though there is a second door. Suggest to put some noise absorber on the elevator door.

the air conditioning. was down the whole time. we had to keep the window open but there was a taxi strike across the street and so there was a lot of noise!

The staff were great and welcoming
I reported the issue with the air conditioning to the staff a couple of times, and each time they assured me that they were 'working on it.' However, the problem was never resolved, and the room remained uncomfortably warm, making it impossible for me to sleep comfortably during my three-night stay.

Prefer 2 bottles sparkling water in room! And please no chocolate in my bircher muesli or croissantes/rolls...thats it!

The location of the hotel was perfect: many museums and Notre Dame Cathedral of Paris were 8-12 minutes walk, Eiffel Tower was about 30 minutes walk. Public transportation is close by if not able to walk. The staff is helpful and is very friendly! Breakfast was included in our stay. The service was outstanding.

The location is good
It’s dated and the tools are extra small for this price. The stafff was really unhelpful and was unable and unwilling to find solutions. This hotel does not worth 5 stars for sure.
