Great location, close to museum Louvre, opera and many historical sites! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, freshly made every morning by Grace, who is always nice and friendly. Hotel is very clean.

Location was convenient and the front desk and breakfast severs were friendly.
We stayed 10 days and sadly got the smallest room on the fifth floor facing the courtyard. It was very cramped for the two of us with large suitcases. The liquid soap in the shower ran out for a day and a half until we had to tell the front desk to tell the cleaning staff to refill it. This shouldn't have required us to inform the staff. Also a sizeable piece of wine bottle wrapping fell under the small desk and it was left there for 3 days until it finally was picked up (after our complaint about the shower soap).This didn't make for a very pleasant experience. I would point out that the front desk was very friendly as was the breakfast servers, in parcular the Indonesian lady, who's name I forgot, but was very attentive, cheerful. We probably would not stay here again when we return.
