Wonderful
Breakfast was adequate with lots of choices. My family didn't like it as much as I did.
We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, and at night this was so beautiful! A real treat for my granddaughter.
You can always find a taxi right outside the hotel, so this makes travel very quick and easy.
Staff was helpful and we were able to safely store our luggage in their locked luggage room the last day while we visited Musee d'Orsay before our flight.
Bathrooms are small and could use more safety features.

Near the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and taxi is just outside. Very easy access to ride
The elevator is so slow and it got broken and they wasn’t able to fix it right away

The location was key! Literally a block away from the side entry way to the Eiffel Tower. Makes for great pictures outside the hotel. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept well every night. Thats important when you’re traveling a lengthier trip.

The Lead has always felt like a home away from home, and our weekend stay was another wonderful experience. From the warm and attentive staff to the peaceful ambience, excellent location and exceptional cleanliness, every detail made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Special appreciation goes to Mr Alan and Mr Nassim, whose professionalism, kindness and outstanding hospitality are truly exceptional. They are at the heart of what makes The Lead such a special place.
The only challenge was the limited parking, which is understandable as the property continues to grow in popularity. Beyond that, there was honestly very little not to like about our stay.

Very close to the eiffel tower and train station like literally few steps away, you can see the eiffel tower up close from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, complete buffet breakfast.

Purchasing a cup of Coffee was delicious but very expensive! Staff was very friendly mom
Elevators were not always working, when working they sounded like they were about to fall apart at any time. Toilet in our room barely flushed and air conditioner barely worked. Thought it was way overpriced for such a tired run down hotel.

The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. It was the main reason we chose this property and definitely the highlight of our stay.
The parking process was inconvenient. Every time we wanted to leave the parking garage, we had to stop by the reception desk to collect an exit ticket. This was frustrating, especially when we were in a hurry and the reception area was busy. It would be much more convenient if parking access could be linked directly to the room key card and paid for at check-in rather than upon departure.
In addition, the elevator broke down during our stay. We had to walk up and down five floors with children, which was very tiring and difficult. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time before the elevator was repaired.
