Location
Room, bedside table had been pulled from the wall and it appeared to have been off for quite some time. In future would be looking for something better considering the premium price paid for the accommodation which, in my view, was substandard.

We were looking for a hotel in Paris for just 12 hours, from evening until morning, so we wanted a place in a good location that wouldn’t be too expensive.
This hotel was exactly that.
The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the dinner was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly.
Great value for the price.
The only downside was that the room was quite small, as were the bathroom and shower.
However, for a single night it was absolutely sufficient.

Friendly staff, willing to offer help and answer questions.
Thermostat was minimally functional. Difficult to turn off at night which made proper sleeping temperature difficult.
This was noted to staff, but not truly fixed during 5 day stay.

Closeness to Eiffel Tower
Everything. Went for Surprise Engagement with my Girlfriend. Start to finish poor. Bought big bus tickets over 2 days even mentioned was wanting to go to Versaille to find out it did not go unable refund. Said he was unable to do so :(. Followed by dirty tights in room when Fiancee dropped glasses behind Sofa. Concerning how clean was room. Reported to desk to pick up. After going on trips out came back 8 hours later to find bed made and dirty tights still left on floor. Appalling. Reported to person in charge behind desk Lina. Offered 30 percent of trip back and taken. Still feel it was a let down. Paid for Breakfast to find the food cold and not hot. Bacon and sausage cold. Waffles cold. Loss of money for 2 days. Expecting it to be different was the same each day. Felt let down by the hotel on a special occasion. Avoid only decent thing about the hotel how close to the Eiffel tower
