The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is fabulous. The complimentary champagne on arrival was a lovely surprise.

Unique rooms, high ceilings, wall art, comfortable beads. Felt like I was in a French house vs standard hotel. We included the breakfast which was a nice variety, including hot and cold items. Excellent staff, they are very kind and helpful. The location is excellent. House keeping was continuous and the breakfast was great.
Some noise from a popular restaurant down in the street, but it stops at night.

This was a wonderful location and the staff were super helpful. Nuntida was very professional and helped with the check in. She made the stay very comfortable with her suggestions and assistance. Lara was also great. I will definitely be back!

Room - the largest room in the hotel with 2 x full size windows onto the street and very high ceilings. Bathroom was through a hidden door and up a staircase ... made the experience very exciting. Location - just off Place de Vendome. We had friends staying at the Ritz so was a 2 minute walk. Breakfast - excellent buffet breakfast with the best scrambled eggs, almost as good as my own !! Staff - Shout out to the staff who were all very helpful and considerate. Extra Bed - We had an extra bed in the room and there still was plenty of room. The extra bed was a real bed not a foldaway one so our 15 year old was happy.
I would be tempted to put a more comfortable sofa (and chairs) in the room and make it less formal.
