The location . Just a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower on one side and very close to Trocedoro . Breakfast is basic conitental but efficient service . Cafs and restaurants around and easy access to the Metro Station Plaasy just 200 meters .
The electronic key card would lock us out every day and in a 4 night booking we had to get it redone each time we came back in the night . No views at all . Very expensive.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. That is probably as far as the good points go.
We encountered the worst customer service when staying here. We were travelling with a pregnant colleague. No one helped with our bags in or out the hotel even though there are only steps in and out. We asked for water for our colleague, they said no, When we said she was pregnant the manager said she didn't care. The room advertised with a photo of the Eiffel tower view. It is not true. Save your money you will only see the tower from the fire escape! It also has an extra bed than advertised, we wouldn't have booked another room if we knew all guests could stay in the one. When we went to complain we were called 'stupid' by the staff. We have never felt so belittled even after spending 1100 on two rooms for one night! Lastly and most importantly, the balcony at the room had a broken floor. One of our collegues fell and hurt her ankle. It is actually unsafe!

The location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant directly across the street was really good for any meal, snacks or drinks.
The restaurant was always empty, drinks took a while as front desk had to tend the bar as well. Air conditioning was off many times during a heat wave and was unbearable at times. I know one time was due to filter cleaning during the day which makes no sense as it should be done off hours not during the hottest time of the day.
