Pleasant
The air conditioning was very temperamental in the room and provided a static noise throughout. The bed was not very comfortable and pillows of poor quality. During breakfast service the smell comes up into the room and the corridors which was unpleasant. The crockery in the room wasnt properly cleaned after use or bins emptied on a daily basis.

* Great location right by the metro in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres * Good selection for breakfast * Clean rooms, with a nice design * Complimentary minibar for Booking.com guests for my entire stay - snacks and beverages
* Room is on the small side, quite narrow and not much space to move around, especially the bathroom area * Lack of fitness facilities, which is very rare I understand in Paris

Amazing hotel, located between two Metro stations in a neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and sights. Staff is very helpful and the room was exceptional. The also have laundry facilities which was appreciated. The complimentary minibar was a nice bonus as well.

Room was nice; loved the twinkly lights in the ceiling. .
The breakfast was surprisingly mediocre and prevented a higher rating. Wed stay at the Madison again but would not take breakfast. Croissants were subpar. Not worth getting this breakfast especially in a neighborhood with so many great cafes

Great location, very nice staff.
Bed was too small, my husband is tall and his feet were outside the bed. We booked a privilege room and it was still quite small, very small bathroom. For nearly 500 euro per night i was expecting a better bathroom :)

Perfect location. Very close to bars, bistros, restaurants and shops. If you enjoy walking it is within walking distance to all major attractions (40 minutes to Eiffel Tower or Champs-Elysees). Friendly staff who were helpful in making recommendations where to eat and visit. Room very clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast and room service excellent.
