We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The location was convenient, relatively quiet, and felt safe, which made getting around easy. Clean towels were provided daily, which was a nice touch and showed good attention to housekeeping.
However, the room was smaller than expected based on the photos, which was a bit of a letdown. We also tried the breakfast but wouldn’t recommend paying extra for it — the variety was limited, the portions weren’t very generous, and the coffee came from a Nespresso machine! So not the best experience and would not repeat the breakfast.

The hotel is super well located, with 24h reception and very clean and comfortable rooms.
Everything was great. The only pointer that could be improved is the sound of the cleaners in the morning being a little loud. But nothing some earplugs couldn’t fix

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is cosy—although very small, it has everything you need.
Some bathroom accessories like hooks would be very helpful; once you’ve used a towel, there’s nowhere to hang it.
The breakfast room is in the basement—very small and not particularly pleasant, as you're squeezed between other guests. This is understandable given the space limitations, but having at least a professional coffee machine that can make cappuccinos (rather than a basic home one) would add value to the paid breakfast. The food selection was very limited, but again, this is likely due to the lack of space.

Rachel at reception was so professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. I had a couple of changes where the last room I was offered was great with Lots of light.
The showers don’t drain well and are the bath a little discolored.

The ladies, Rachel and another lady at the checkin desk were great. They made cab reservations for me and were extremely helpful with anything I asked.
The shower floor was slippery. The air conditioner could not be controlled from our room. The man on the midnight shift was rude and certainly let you know he was being bothered or put out if I asked him anything. Complete opposite of the Rachel on the day shift.

Central and safe location with many options around, super clean hotel-the room which was also renovated as well as the entire property-, incredibly nice and kind staff, nice breakfast (not great variety but tasty). Would definitely recommend

Room was very small and bathroom tiny. We couldn’t get the air con to work but were told when we checked out that it could have been operated by the staff on reception so can’t really complain about that. Our own fault for not asking!

The hotel is in a great location—quiet and safe. We walked everywhere during our stay. Our room was much cleaner than we expected, which eased our initial concerns before arriving. The only downside is that the elevator is small—only one person can fit with a stroller—but it wasn’t a problem for us. The room was spacious enough for two adults and a baby crib. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. There was free tea, coffee, and croissants available in the lobby. If I visit Paris again, I would definitely stay here.
The refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly.
