Amazing hotel! Great location, it's easy to find, just 5 minutes from underground, on one straight line from CDG aeroport. Staff in the hotel is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room is stylish, warm, clean, and quiet. The hotel has a lift which we found very useful after a long day of walking. Everything is just outstanding. We will be back. We found personal on the hotel the most friendly and helpful out of hotel we stayed before. You made our shirt holiday in Paris extra memorable. Thanks a lot.

The location and staff are great, and the room and decor were charming. The hotel and my room were also remarkably quiet, and the room-service breakfast was lovely and reasonable.
I requested a double bed and got two twin beds (including two separate bed frames) that were pushed together. The two beds kept separating in the middle of the night, disrupting my sleep. The only American TV station, CNN, didn’t work at all on my TV, and the two BBC stations had very spotty reception — pretty unacceptable for a hotel that has so many English-speaking guests. One of the electric sockets didn’t work.

Location is very nice. Perfect for tourists. Comfortable rooms. Nice restaurants around.
Breakfast could be better. If you have to go to the exhibition area near Charles de Gaulle Airport, it takes 1 hour with walking + RER.

It was decorated well, good location. Staff were exceptional, on hand for anything you need
Didn’t have a kettle or coffee machine in room. Which is very unusual, even cheap hotels have at least a kettle. So paid for room service each morning, which was fine. Bar doesn’t have a great range of drinks
