Location is perfect Close to shops restaurants and easy for getting about
When we booked it showed as a room with 3 single beds, I emailed to confirm and was told we had 3 single beds Soon arrival was a put up bed added to a double room so was little space for 3 adults

Location
They screwed up our booking and didn't try to help and inferred my colleague was my son and we could 'share a room' - after I spoke with staff on the phone before our trip and made it clear we were on a business trip. The heat rarely worked, the rooms were much smaller than advertised (and for what we booked the last time we were there) and it ruined our trip as I had to go in search of another room for the night.

Great location, spacious rooms but more importantly a very friendly hotel personnel. I would like to thank once more Mr. Alexander for his help to find an emergency care for my friend who fell and hurt herself seriously. He made a big effort calling everywhere and arranging things that we would never can do ourselves as tourist hardly speaking French. I have a second address now!

We were absolutely happy with reception team, hotel location and the atmosphere!
Breakfast was the only disappointing point. Staff was not motivated to help, this people need to ask for adding milk or re-filling coffee... :(

The breakfast was good. we only took it one day. location is excellent, very close to the Tuileries, Louvre, Gare d'Orsay. Also many Japanese and Korean restaurants. On Restaurant has wonderful Korean BBQ.
The coffee at breakfast is drip and cannot recommend it. we went to the Illy store on Ave de Opera just a 5 min walk. Generally, we struggled finding good coffee, ie. espresso or cappuccino.

Staff were lovely and room was very cleaned and looked Newley decorated. Bathroom included nice big towels, gowns and slippers as well as vanity essentials. Even got a lovely note and some macrons placed in my room for birthday which was a lovely touch.
