The location is perfect, and all the staff are very nice and kind.
The standard room was a bit small for two people, so we upgraded to a deluxe room the next day. The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Paris.

Great hotel in A+ location. 2nd floor room was quiet and perfect for family of three. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Coffee, breakfast and drinks in lobby was very nice as well.

The location of the hotel is excellent!! The staff is very helpful! They went above and beyond to help with any request and help and even brought us a stroller for one of the children. The room is very comfortable.

Stephan and team made our stay amazing and memorable! They were very helpful with our questions and requests, and offered great suggestions. The place is also very conveniently located close to the metro stop and is a very short walk away from the Louvre. There are many good food spots nearby and the area didn’t get overly crowded
The elevator is on the smaller side so if you have big luggage and traveling as a couple or group, it might take multiple rides up.

Great location and amazing staff. Stephane at the front desk was so kind and helpful and the manager, whose name I did not get, jumped in to help when the front desk got busy.
The rooms are not soundproofed from other rooms - there was a baby on our floor and we could hear him crying in the night. Also the bathroom door had glass that was see through - we covered it with a towel to maintain privacy.

The location was perfect for walking to the Louvre, D’Orsay, Royal Palais, a shirt taxi/Uber for Sacre Couer. The stag was so accomodating. The A/C was on point as we were in Paris during a heat wave, the bathroom were large for a European hotel.
Nothing to complain about it was exactly what’s we were looking for.

The highlight of this hotel is the central location and the hotel staff who were all very kind. Breakfast was delicious (a small buffet) complete with many fresh fruits and bread options. Even while being nestled in the heart of Paris it has very spacious rooms. The space given is used very efficiently, and the decor is quaint.
The elevator was quite small, and there wasn't much space to maneuver in the hallway to the room but once you're inside your room there's much more space.

The breakfast was great! The location is wonderful! The staff is nice and helpful. We get a decent size of the room and bathroom for an European hotel. The bed is comfortable to sleep.
However, the filtered water in the room tastes funny and there is no restroom can be used outside of your hotel room, which makes it inconvenient when we came back to pick up the luggage after checking out. The price for this small 4 star hotel is more than the average for sure.
