Firstly, i location is very good. Near train station, near to the supermarket, cafe, restaurant and Starbucks. Staff are also helpful and nice. The bed is comfortable, they provide heater and air conditioning. We have coffee maker in room, bathtub and a nice bathroom. Im so obsessed with. I will book this same hotel next time.

Loved the location. Close to the train station and so convenient to stores and restaurants. We were close to the Effel Tower.

the location is good. 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower, there was a McDonalds within 1 minutes walk. good restaurants ( Persian) and good Bakeries close by. right by the metro station. The location is good, maybe not the neighbourhood. The room is super small but so is every house in Paris. We had a pull-out couch for the kids. and a big bed for us, no place to walk at all. But decent for sleeping only. The bathroom was clean. We did not have a plug for coffee machine.. that was sad, but they allowed us to get coffee from the breakfast area in the hotel. The response is fast and the receptionist attentive. I wouldn't go back there, but a good spot to stay close to everything

It was a walking distance to Eiffel Tower and the staff were amazing. It’s a very close walking distance to the metro.
The size of the room was unbearably small. If you have more than 2 luggage’s you will struggle.

Walking distance to Eifeltower was excellent.
- Rooms were to hot at night. There was a ventilor in the room but was not enough.

Excellent updated rooms … very clean.
Need updating the common areas … carpeting in hallways is old and needs to be updated. No elevator and narrow stairs on the building our room was located.

It felt very overpriced for what we got. tiny room, no air conditioning with difficult to navigate stairs. The staff was very nice, providing water as it was very hot.

Location. Flexibility with check in. The bed was comfortable.
The space was too small. Hardly any space to move, insufficient storage space for bags/clothes/shoes.
One of the staff asked me if I was staying at the hotel and questioned my room number. I found the question strange as I was coming from upstairs (my room) down the hotel lobby. I don't want to say this but the behaviour was slightly racist. I didn't see him asking the same question to other guests.

Great location close to subway
No AC. No air movement either. It was 15-20C when we were there and we were sweating in the room with the window open. Our window overlooked the other apartments. The bathroom was very small not as pictured.

Very clean and great staff.
Size of the room and lack of AC on extremely hot days. For the price of the hotel it was such a small room and the lack of AC was really frustrating. They had a floor fan but wasn’t enough.

The location is very convenient
The rooms, the breakfast area and the stairs are very narrow. The Toilet didn’t flush the first day we arrived and it was a mess, but the staff quickly fixed it in the morning, the room is clean but the stair’s carpet doesn’t look tidy and is old, rooms aren’t well ventilated.
