The staff are outstanding. Helped book a ride from the airport who stayed with us despite delays due to late arriving luggage. Additionally we were late for a dinner reservation and the front desk called to ensure we had extra time to make it. Hard to beat the location!
Tiny elevator meant taking turns and long waits. Shower completely flooded the bathroom every time. Room was OK not great. Quite a bit of outside noise.

Location was incredible, we could see Notre Dame from our open window. Close to the metro and RER. The room was modern and a good size. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wonderful place in the center of Paris!
Nothing - truly a great place to stay! The breakfast cost extra and wasn’t great but that’s okay as we had access to coffee in our room and the hotel - and there were so many places to eat nearby.

This charming boutique hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Paris on foot. It’s comfortable, spacious rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was terrific - we were always warmly greeted by name and asked how our day was going. And the hotel is dog friendly! We’ve posted photos of the views from our room.

Our room was located right on the Seine and we had a marvelous view of the Notre Dame Cathedral. Staff members were friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was yummy.

We were grossly overcharged. Our booking.com confirmation that we made months before out mid-August,. 4 night stay, and printed out, was somehow changed by the hotel to jack up the cost by more than $700. We used a credit card but VIsa said that because the booking.com printed receipt says the charge of $1406 ($1,287.6 Euros) we were quoted was approximate there was nothing they could do. Beware this ripoff hotel!

Exceeded expectations.. room was beautiful and such a a great location. Most of all the service was impeccable. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the staff made it unforgettable! Alejandro is the best!
I don’t know how we would go back to Paris and not stay in the same room!

Location is perfect for Notre Damn as it is minutes from Hotel and we had a great view from bedroom window.
The room was very clean and tidy and smart, bathroom really good and shower amazing.
Ok so the Hotel looks nothing g from the outside, it is very small, didn't sleep well as very noisy from the road at night, breakfast we were charged for, it was very basic and women that sees it was doing another job 2 morning and we had to serve ourselves.
Wanted a taxi back to the airport and girl on reception tried to rip us off for a charge of 90 euros, however we knew that the taxis have a set price at 36 euros, I expected a bit more but that was not a nice experience.
If you want to do Notre Damn, and the Louvre then this is a good located hotel, plenty of food places in the area and old town is very nice, the river walks are lovely, if you want to walk to Eiffel Tower then its at least 45 mins on a good day.

The staff at Les Rives is exceptional! All very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I thought the online photos were a fair representation of the room. The views of Notre Dame and the Seine are great, day and night.
The bath/shower did not have a fixed shower head. We had to pull the hand shower up and it precariously balanced in a bracket. Hard to keep in place, and not a great shower experience overall. Though the view of Notre Dame is wonderful, I highly recommend you do not stay here if you are bothered by noise. Traffic, never-ending taxi demonstrations (loud honking for long periods of time), loud pedestrians literally all night long. Not peaceful. It would not have been as bad, except we needed to open our windows at night to cool off the room. I only book rooms that have air conditioning. But this property has an all off or all on heat/air conditioning situation, as happens frequently in Europe. We were there the last week of May and asked every day of our 7-night stay if they could turn on the air conditioning, but it never happened. They said most people still want heat. This made getting ready in the morning and sleeping very uncomfortable. I would open the window at night, but the traffic and the loud pedestrians all night made it impossible to sleep well. All this being said, it is a short walk to the best croissants in Paris at La Maison d'Isabelle.
